1/12 cup rice, 

1/2 cup urad dal, 

water as needed,

1 onion, well chopped, 

1 to 2 green chilies, chopped, 

1 Tbs ghee or butter, 

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 

1/2 teaspoon chana dal, 

1 curry leaves, 

1/2 teaspoon halide powder, 

2 boiled potatoes

Wet the rice and urad dal in separate bowls for 4-6 hours, then stain it and serve. In the same grinder, make rice and urad dal batter. While grinding, gradually add water until it reaches the consistency of pancake batter.
