Ingredients: Tandoori Chicken Tikka
• 2 whole chickens (about 5 pounds each)
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 cloves garlic
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric
• 2 teaspoons ginger paste
• 2 tablespoons coriander powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• ½ teaspoon garam masala
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 2 green chilies
• 1-inch piece ginger root
Preparation Method Tandoori Chicken Tikka
- Wash the chicken breast fillets; drain out the water completely.
- Pat dry the chicken breast fillets with paper towels.
- Mix salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice together to make marinade.
- Add the marinade to the chicken fillets and let them soak for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts till golden brown.
- Serve hot.

Make sure that you use fresh herbs and do not add any preservatives to the marinade.- If your dish does not get fried well, then skip the step of frying and serve it as it is.
